【美国本科cs毕业刚找到硅谷工作，但是gpa不是很高在想工作几年读mba的话gpa重要嘛】 So yes, the GPA is important. It’s not the only thing. And it’s not the most important. But still, it is important. I would say for now, concentrate on getting the most out of your work experience, and building as good a profile as you can. (Obviously doing great on the GMAT will be fundamental for you).
And then you can worry about the rest :)

谢邀。gpa的重要性对MBA来说随着工作年份的变长而降低，去优秀学校读MBA的话建议起码三年以上工作经历，这也是多数MBA的要求，像哈佛宾大商学院来说，录取的MBA学生平均会有五年的工作经历
