These are two typical cases I have encountered in the management of 12th graders. In fact, this is just a small sample. There are countless similar examples. In the final year, due to the pressure of further studies, students' psychological state becomes more sensitive and vulnerable. Against this backdrop, we should be attentive and meticulous in observing students' thoughts, studying and well-being and become skilled at spotting potential bad signs. Additionally, we should establish a regular home-school contact system and class-association system with teachers to strength communication, discover the psychological problems that students face over time, and seek out the best ways to deal with mental health issues. Students should be taught how to manage their emotions effectively, so they can be physically and mentally healthy.

总之 ， 加强学生的心理健康教育 ， 是一个长期的追踪过程 ， 且需要寻求多方的力量来共同协作参与 ， 我们每一位班主任都应提高对心理健康教育的重视程度并掌握一门攻“心”的艺术 ， 想方设法走进学生的内心世界 ， 以共情换真心 ， 以理解换和谐 ， 把心理健康教育渗透在教育的方方面面 。 唯有如此 ， 我们的学生才能真正健康快乐地成长 ， 实现教育的最终意义 。

To conclude, strengthening mental health education for students is a long-term process and requires the collaborative participation of multiple parties. In addition, each of our homeroom teachers should pay more attention to mental health education and master the art of "psychology" using all means possible. We should do everything possible to understand the inner world of students, show empathy for how they truly feel, and foster a harmonious learning environment for them. Mental health education should be incorporated into all aspects of education. It is only in this way that we can ensure that our students truly grow up healthy and happy and achieve the ultimate goal of education.
