拨打长途电话要加拨0，从技术层面啥可不可以取消?
技术上说，是可以取消的。以往固定电话拨长途电话加0，是因为交换网络中有长途交换机，本地交换机遇0即送往长途交换机。如今移动通信发达，移动通信网已独立成网，完全可以不必加0，遇到130、189等移动通信网号直接送往移动网关局即可，这是路由组织问题，并不会如楼上所说占用更多资源。只不过固定电话网发展这么久，网络庞大，拨号规则实行很久，如果要更改，全网交换机都要重新制作局数据，工作量很大。包括通知用户更改拨号方式，工作量也是很大的。也可以说是电信业偷懒吧。

可以取消，但是你拨号后交换机反应时间可能要增加10倍。终端交换机投资增加一倍，最终导致你话费上涨，服务体验下降。
