眼见着自己周边的其他求职者 ， 全都陆陆续续地回答了这些问题 ， 并且他们的回答似乎都不能够面令面试官满意 。

面试官不自觉地把眼睛戳到了小董这边 ， 小董一看面试官在看自己 ， 也迫于无奈 ， 只能站起来表达一下自己的观点和看法 。

小董直接站起来告诉面试官：其实这件事情说难也难 ， 说简单也简单 ， 关键看我们怎么分析 。
如果是我的话 ， 我就宁可把这5杯水倒掉 ， 哪一位老板都不给水喝 ， 这样的话他们就挑不出毛病来了 。

因为在职场办公的时候 ， 我们无法预估所有的问题 ， 我们也无法判断所有的问题 ， 出现了问题之后 ， 我们第一时间想到的就是尽可能地把这个问题缩小化 ， 而不是把这个问题推出去 。
