小董前往一家企业面试 , 在面试的过程当中 , 面试官出了一个难题 。

Xiao Dong went to a company for an interview. In the process of the interview the interviewer faced a difficult problem.
有趣的是这个所谓的难题让一部分人直接放弃了此次参与面试的机会和资格 , 一些人他们没有办法回答出令面试官奶奶满意的答案 。
What is interesting is that this so-called difficult question makes some people give up the opportunity and qualification for the interview directly and some people can't answer the answer that satisfies the interviewer's grandmother.
让我们一起来看一下这个有趣的面试吧 。

一、一个非常诡异的问题

【求职|面试官:你有5杯水,却来了6位领导,怎么办?高情商求职者被录取】面试官见人来的差不多了 , 满意的点点头说:不错不错 , 这一次你们人来的都比较齐 , 不像上一批 。
The interviewer sees the person to come almost the satisfaction nods to say: pretty good this time you people to all compare homogeneity unlike last batch.
当面试官说完这句话之后 , 小董就感觉后背一凉 。
When the interviewer said that Dong felt a chill on his back.
不像上一批是什么意思 , 这意味着这家公司在短期之内就已经招聘了很多很多的求职者 , 可是这家企业只有一个工作岗位空缺 , 这就意味着上一批几乎全军覆没 。
What does that mean? It means that the company has hired lots and lots of applicants in a short period of time but the company has only one job open which means that the last batch is almost completely wiped out.
当然似乎很少有人注意到这个关键点 , 也或许是小董的心理波动太大了 。
Of course few people seem to notice this key point or perhaps Dong's psychological fluctuations are too big.
但是这些似乎并没有影响到面试的顺利进行 , 面试官见人来的差不多了 , 直接提出了自己的问题 , 而这个问题表面上看起来很简单 , 但是仔细想想的话还是颇为困难的 。
However this did not seem to affect the smooth progress of the interview the interviewer has almost met the audience directly asked his own question which on the surface seems simple but if you think about it carefully it is quite difficult.
面试官问道:我这里有5杯水 , 突然来了6位领导 , 那么我这5杯水怎么区分呢?
The interviewer asks \"I have five glasses of water and all of a sudden six leaders show up. How do I tell the difference between these five glasses of water?\"

其中一位求职者站起来告诉面试官:如果只有5杯水 , 与此同时有6位领导的话 , 按照他们的等级官衔的大小来区分就可以了 , 让排在最后一位的没有水 , 其他的5位老板喝水就可以了 。
One of the candidates stood up and told the interviewer: If there are only five glasses of water and there are six leaders at the same time just divide them according to their ranks. Let the last one get no water and the other five get water.
面试官听了之后说:职场当中最要紧的或者最忌讳的就是不患寡而患不均 , 其他的老板都有水喝 , 就这一位老板没水喝 , 那么这一位老板多多少少会怀恨在心 , 将来对于你的职业发展很不利 。
After listening to the interviewer said: the most important or taboo in the workplace is not to be affected by the lack of wealth and inequality other bosses have water to drink only this boss has no water to drink then this boss will more or less hold a grudge the future for your career development is very bad.
另一位求职者站起来告诉面试官:如果是自己的话 , 绝对不会犯这种低级愚蠢的错误 , 我会再提前预知一下或者预判一下一共来几位老板 , 然后提前准备好对应的水就行了 , 没有必要说到时候抓瞎 。
Another candidate stood up and told the interviewer \"If I were you I would never make such a stupid mistake. I would have a good idea of how many bosses there are going to be and I would have prepared some water in advance. There's no need to go blind.\"
面试官听了之后依旧是摇摇头说:你这属于事后诸葛亮 , 这种所谓的提前预判表面上看起来没有什么问题 , 但是实际上有很大的逻辑缺陷 。
The interviewer shook his head and said \"You're being wise after the event. This kind of prediction looks good on the surface but it's actually flawed.\"
