如今西方很多国家都面临面着垃圾堆积成山、垃圾处理不堪重负，已经严重到影响市民生活的程度。

而这一个现象的起因，就来自于我国政府颁布的全面禁止进口“洋垃圾”的禁令。禁令生效之后，很多西方人发现他们原来优雅、绿色、高品质的生活不见了，美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、韩国等国纷纷扛不住了！
一家名叫《深度调查》栏目的采访人员采访了澳大利亚相关领域的专家马丁·斯科特。他竟然用了“崩溃”一词来形容目前的澳大利亚垃圾处理状况。
在节目中，他坦言：过去的我们（在环保领域）一直在撒谎，离开了中国这样一个愿意每年接收60万吨澳洲垃圾的国家，我们度日如年……

这位“实诚人”道出了两大真相：1.澳大利亚人的美好生活快要维持不下去了；2.过去我们一直在撒谎，没有中国在背后的默默付出，就没有西方人高品质的生活。
然而，出现崩溃的不仅只有澳大利亚，很多国家同样如此。
日本：干净整洁的街道、严格垃圾分类的背后是对华垃圾出口第一名！
日本的干净街道，事无巨细的垃圾分类管理一直被某些公知大V所津津乐道。
国内的百姓也对此十分羡慕，莫名产生了自卑感
但是，当中国禁令之后，日本环保卫生的高大形象也轰然崩塌。当做完精细的垃圾分类，日本人把收集来的垃圾进行简单捆扎处理之后，就分批出口到了中国，完成了所谓的“垃圾处理” 。

据联合国商品贸易统计数据库数据，在向中国出口塑料等固体废物的国家中，日本的出口量最高，占总量的14%；美国居于第二，占10% 。据日本环境省的数据，日本2017年排出塑料垃圾900万吨左右，其中有140万吨出口，出口至中国的占72% 。
中国禁令生效后，日本国内的垃圾处理企业立刻不堪重负了。一家企业的经营者向媒体大倒苦水：目前他们处理站的垃圾堆放量达到去年的1.5倍，预计还会持续增加。
这就是日本各地垃圾回收站情况的缩影——巨大的垃圾处理任务已经让很多未经处理的垃圾无处安放，成为新的污染源了。
韩国：一场大火烧出了现代化的真相！
韩国庆尚北道义成郡，过去晴空万里、鸟语花香的自然和谐场面如今被遮云蔽日的有毒浓烟所替代。
而造成这一改变的就是从去年12月开始燃烧的垃圾山。
义成郡的这座垃圾山是韩国最大的垃圾堆，熊熊燃烧的火焰凸显出韩国目前愈演愈烈的垃圾危机！
据韩国环境部数据，韩国有120万吨非法弃置的垃圾。从理论上讲，韩国产生的所有垃圾都有三种处理方式：要么回收，要么加工成燃料，要么焚烧。

韩国在过去也有严峻的雾霾问题。过去的韩国媒体都把这个问题归咎于中国的环境污染。但是，这场大火烧出了真相——韩国雾霾问题大部分源于本地的垃圾焚烧。
在以前，这些本国来不及处理的垃圾都被出口到了中国。禁令后，韩国对中国的塑料垃圾出口下降了90%以上。因为韩国垃圾回收处理厂家集体拒绝再收垃圾，很多垃圾来不及处理，长期堆放分解产生出了易燃气体，最终引发大火。

可悲的是，即便韩国政府紧急运走还未燃烧的垃圾，这场大火还要持续燃烧几年。而首尔市的街头已经开始垃圾泛滥了。
其它西方国家：我们不知道接下来怎么办
澳大利亚、日本、韩国都出现了垃圾危机，英美、加拿大等国同样不容乐观。
面对日益严峻的垃圾问题，英国环境大臣迈克尔戈夫承认：他对即将到来的问题束手无策。英国回收协会首席执行官西蒙·埃林也承认：目前英国无法处理大部分的废物，不知道如何在短期内解决这个麻烦。
美国的“环保先锋”州——俄勒冈州在禁令生效之后，也发生了翻天覆地的变化。现在，每个社区都堆放着处理不完的垃圾，就连停车场也被垃圾侵占。过去的碧水蓝天如今却变成了污水遍地、恶臭难散……
西方的环保童话，原来一直都是中国在负重前行。
当这一切的危机发生之后，西方舆论不首先反省自己的问题，反而先不约而同地指责起了中国。
2018年3月，在WTO货物贸易委员会上，美方代表炮轰中国：中国禁止洋垃圾的政策影响了全球垃圾的回收利用！这违背了WTO的义务！小编不禁想问，违背了那条义务？
欧盟代表也在会上表示，中国的政策将迫使废钢转移到没有安全回收设施、没有垃圾填埋、没有焚烧设施的第三国，造成环境破坏。
英媒称：受中国禁止洋垃圾影响，我们原本干净的街道正在被垃圾包围。
日媒称：受限于中国出台不再接受“洋垃圾”进口的声明，这将对日本的生态造成毁灭灾难。
美媒称：中国突然停止进口洋垃圾这是破坏规则的行为。美国对此表示非常失望，并希望中国能够考虑重新进口废弃物，而价格方面美国会适当的降低。小编纳闷了，价格调低？你怎么不买我们中国的垃圾？

这就是西方人真实的嘴脸。把自己的问题甩给他人，自己拍拍屁股去过潇洒的日子了，还用各种花言巧语、理所当然的语言包装着自己的精致生活。
而一旦有人发起反抗，不愿帮助他们擦屁股，那他们就会撕下伪善的面具，颠倒黑白、不辨是非地指责他人不愿意为自己擦屁股。
前些年，国内就有一种论调，中国是以牺牲子孙后代的利益来发展经济，这种言论很有传播性，也导致了很多群体性事件的发生。
其实，这些人只说对了一半，比起西方国家是发展之后才处理问题甚至把问题甩给发展中国家，中国是边发展边处理问题，前些年不仅在处理自己的环境污染问题，还在间接为发达国家的垃圾处理问题买单。

2018年，据世界环境署调查数据显示：最被公知大V吹捧的“垃圾分类楷模”的日本垃圾回收率仅为20.8%；被称赞为拥有“欧洲最完善垃圾处理系统”的英国垃圾回收率仅为35%；被联合国工业发展组织赞颂为“最环保工业强国”的美国，垃圾回收率仅为44% 。
被西方媒体和国内部分环保人士攻击的祖国，垃圾回收率竟然高达58%！这个58%里面，就包括了占世界垃圾总量一半的进口“洋垃圾” 。其中， 40%是我国日常自产的， 60%是欧美日等发达国家转嫁到我们头上的！
他们早以丧失了垃圾处理能力，将垃圾处理问题全部转嫁给了中国等发展中国家。这就是西方国家一直不愿意承认和面对的事实：西方的绿水青山是建立在发展中国家的垃圾成山的基础之上的，而不是他们自己的环保工作有多么杰出和优秀！
仅仅是一条禁令就让西方社会陷入危机，仅仅是一条禁令就戳破了他们的环保童话，事实摆在眼前，真正的环保先锋恰恰是一直被他们指责和污蔑的祖国。
如果不是这条禁令，不少国人还被西方的环保童话蒙在鼓里，还在随着某些公知大V攻击自己的祖国，那将会是多么可悲、可笑的事情。
