7月23日9时许，在京港澳高速公路690公里加500米东半幅，发生一起两台小客车追尾剐蹭的交通事故，致两车不同程度损坏。所幸的是，两个车上的驾乘人员均系了安全带，事故没有造成人员受伤。

巧合：一司机违规变道遇一司机开车犯迷瞪
事故双方司机提供的行车记录仪录像完整记录了事故发生的整个过程：当时，正在高速公路第二车道内正常行驶的轿车，行驶至事发路段时，女司机突然发现自己即将错过由京港澳高速转郑州机场高速的匝道口，于是，她就不管不顾，任性压实线直接紧急向右变道，试图将自己的轿车转入匝道内。
事也凑巧，正当这时，轿车后方正好有一辆面包车疾驶而来，不知道什么原因，面包车司机正巧犯迷瞪走神儿。当面包车司机在同车人员的大声提醒下猛然回过神儿来再采取避险措施时，时间已经来不及了，眨眼之间，轿车和面包车就“实打实”碰撞到了一起，发生了追尾剐蹭事故。

经河南省公安厅高速总队一支队事故大队民警现场勘查并查阅双方车辆的行车记录仪录像后，明确指出本次事故是因前车司机不按规定变更车道、后车司机驾驶车辆时精力不集中共同引发的，双方司机在事故中均存在有明显过错，民警依法认定事故双方司机对本次事故负同等责任，均摊双方车辆损失近4万元。
