2017年,学术期刊《国际干细胞研究》发表结果显示[8],利用博雅旗下的快速干细胞即时输注系统制备的骨髓来源干细胞治疗重症下肢缺血具有安全性和有效性;这一系统可以优化细胞制备过程,提高细胞的获得率和质量,改善患者预后 。 据悉,目前国内一些医院也采用博雅旗下的手术室即时系统进行了自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗下肢缺血性疾病的临床研究,并取得了令人振奋的疗效 。
结语
重症下肢缺血的患病人数逐年攀升,而目前尚无完全治愈的药物,临床治疗形成了庞大的缺口 。 细胞和基因疗法的兴起为满足这一需求提供了更多的可能 。 根据全球最大的临床试验注册系统(clinicaltrials.gov)的数据,截止目前在该系统上登记的干细胞治疗重症下肢缺血相关项目已达60多个 。 近年来,重症下肢缺血发病率和死亡率的增加,突出了对这一新疗法的临床转化的迫切需求,这也意味着针对这种疾病的细胞和基因疗法有着庞大的市场前景 。
