我也是13年的毕业生，09年的时候开始使用Linkedin，后来在一家猎头公司实习过，经常使用。我个人觉得linkedin对普通大学毕业生没多大帮助，上面猎头泛滥，非猎头的基本上是些很高端的人，HR们没那么多闲功夫来这上面招毕业生，你能做的就是与你以后工作方向相关的人取得联系，多向他们学习，加入group，拓展人脉，混个脸熟，等你慢慢牛逼起来了再说吧。

So long as you include the URl aka the web address to your specific Profile on your resume, studies show 85%+ of recruiters will spend the time looking at your background once you have become a viable candiate for consideration in a company. Simply having a complete LIP also raises your potential to be found in LI and external search engines when employers do searches. I dare say that with the increased push LinkedIn is making into the PRC, the LIP will become more prominent in-country over the next few years. And if you decide to apply to a foreign firm or work overseas, a professional looking LIP, especially if produced by a LI expert, will make you appear more sophisticated and international in scope. 我觉得linkedin是一个比较此类数据一个非常好的工具。对职场人士 ，或是即将步入职场的学生，一个好的职业规划特别重要，但是国内的大学生普遍很迷茫，不知道该怎么做。其实如果找对了工具，根本不会这样。
linkedin就是个很好的工具，这上面汇聚了全世界的精英的资料，会让你从一个国际视野的角度去给自己做规划。 闲的没事的时候翻一下，会让你有很多新想法。比如我今天想，自己以后做个产品经理也不错。但是怎样准备做产品经理呢？说实话，大部分大学的老师是没有想法的，他们教的东西很可能也是过时的、跟市场有脱节的。去linkedin上面搜索一下，人家amazon的产品经理、google的产品经理是怎么样的，国内的话比如阿里巴巴的、腾讯的又是怎么样的。非互联网公司也可，比如说暴雪，看看他们的产品经理，都要什么skill，有什么经历。在审视自己会不会，能不能学，经历可不可以弄，这样事半功倍。
