所以说 ， 防晒霜添加了抗蓝光诉求 ， 主要是加入了修复、抗氧化、抗炎成分 ， 理论上算是“锦上添花” ， 成分讲起来很漂亮 ， 但在我们看来到不了1+1＞2的程度 。 如果你真的在意【蓝光】对皮肤的伤害 ， 想达到理想的修复效果 ， 也不能把【抗蓝光】的重任完全交给一个【防晒霜】 ， 该用的针对性精华／面霜 ， 照样一个都不能少 。
所以【抗蓝光防晒霜】
到底是让你“省钱省事”了呢？
还是“费钱费事”了呢？

说人话
跟紫外线相比 ， 蓝光的危害要小得多 。 蓝光的主要来源是日光 ， 电子设备的蓝光并不需要特别防护 。 日常做好老生常谈的“防晒+抗氧化＋修复” ， 就基本可以实现“抗蓝光”了 。
并没有专门针对“蓝光”的阻挡／屏蔽成分 ， 【防蓝光防晒霜】中的防晒剂 ， 和【普通防晒霜】没有任何区别 。
即使是从【阻挡蓝光】的角度讲 ， 选择【防晒霜】的标准 ， 依然是：带防水／耐水功能的【纯物理防晒霜】 ， 是最安全＋有效＋持久起效的选择 。
如果是以【化学防晒成分】为主的【防蓝光防晒霜】 ， 反而有安全隐患：

“抗蓝光”防晒霜中的功效成分 ， 本质上就是“普通防晒剂＋修复／抗氧化成分” 。 但实际效果不如【靠谱防晒霜＋抗氧化修复精华/面霜】的组合来得更高效 。
蓝光对皮肤有潜在危害 ， 但伤害值还没有定论 。
在我们看来 ， 市面上所谓的“抗蓝光”护肤品 ， 本质上也就是把防晒、修复、抗氧化的老套路 ， 加上了“抗蓝光”这一营销理念的包装 ， 打造出了新卖点 ， 并没有实质性的技术创新 。 如果你已经做好了日常必备的“防晒+修复＋抗氧化＋抗炎” ， 就没必要单独为“抗蓝光”这一噱头大于实力的产品买单 。
