淘米
Let's pour the rice into the rice cooker bowl.
咱们把米倒到电饭锅的盆儿里 。Let's put some cool water in with the rice.
往米里接点凉水 。Make sure your hands are clean
一定要把手洗干净 ，
and then stir the rice around in the water with your hand.
然后用手在水里搅动这些米 。Next, gently pour the water out of the bowl,
然后 ， 慢慢地把水从盆儿里倒掉 ，
but keep the rice in.
把米留下 。
You might have to hold it back with your other hand.
