N型和P型半导体的取名
当加电压时，N型半导体表现出来是由带负电的电子导电的，P型则表现出来由带正点的空穴导电。。。可以直接理解为一个是负电荷导电，一个是正电荷导电，所以一个是Negative一个是Positive
